Thomas Long, the company's principal, became involved in promotional advertising with a firm in Eastern Pennsylvania. During that time, Thomas learned how to effectively solve his client's needs. At the same time, he created a strong foundation to help lead his team well into the 21st century. In 1985, Thomas was offered the position of account manager. He quickly built up a well-rounded client base while increasing his education of the promotional advertising industry. The following years he earned several awards for "Most Increased Sales, Highest Volume and Strongest Profit for the Company."
Thomas is a Master Advertising Specialist (MAS), the promotional products industry's professional designation. MAS is acquired through a combined result of years active in the industry, completed courses, industry contributions and a passing score on a comprehensive exam.
